Currently living in a property managed by Martin and Co and have to say they have been incredible. I've lived in a few properties where the landlord has been rather overbearing but at Martin & Co they are very respectful of my privacy there was a small issue electrical issue when I moved in and reporting it using the app they use was very easy and the issue was solved very quickly since then it's been plain sailing. Highly recommend to people living and working in Plymouth to find a property through Martin and Co.
