Daniel Tromans- I would like to mention how satisfied we are with Dan's help and assistance since mid summer to resolve all the issues that has happened in the property where we are tenants in the past 8 years. Dan was very responsive and helpful and actually listened to me and understand my problems and frustrations with the ongoing issues. Dan tried to arrange any service work that was necessary accordingly and get to the bottom of the ongoing issues, that seems to be resolved by now. In the past few years I was very disappointed and not happy with the service that was provided to us, but since than the staff and management also changed and I must say that Dan and Laney are very supportive and helpful. Had previously had property valued by Fox and sons at £240/£250, . I thought this was a little low and lady who valued it did not seem very confident on what she was doing. I then contacted Martin and Co and they valued at £270 which I thought was a reasonable price. Michelle then took the bull by the horns and arranged 13 viewings in the next couple of days and managed to get 3 offers all over the asking price. Needless to say we took the best offer of 10k over what had been originally asked.
