Not all agents are the same..... I have a number of properties that are let out and I always use an agent. I came across Martin & Co when a friend recommended them to me. My tenant had served notice and I needed to get it re-let, my existing agent had been slow to respond in the past so I decided to review the market. From the start, the whole process was handled with efficiency and professionalism, the property was on the market in a matter of days and i received regular updates on viewings. The property has since been let and I am happy, a big thanks to all the team involved. This kind of service, and trust is vital for me, I am based in Manchester, so I need a good local agent that i can rely on.

Louise was very helpful in finding a property for Matt. She was friendly and polite whenever one of us spoke to her and she was very helpful in showing us the properties. She put Matt's mind at rest while giving him pointers as this was his first time dealing with an agent, she listened to what he wanted and acted on that.
