Smeaton Homes -Knowledgeable , professional, went way over the "extra mile".

Smeaton Homes had a house for sale that needed a lot of remedial work-which was exactly as they advertised. I found that Dan was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and the costings too. On the second viewing he had even arranged for a double glazing company to arrive at the same time to give their estimate for their services. Dan's estimate was slightly above the company quote but that was great as it meant my costings for the work was lower. He dealt with all my questions quickly , efficiently and professionally... Sadly we couldn't complete the deal as the owners wanted top price for an uninhabitable house.. I am continuing to use Smeaton Homes to find other properties..
