On the day of viewing the letting agent was late and so the current tenants let us in to view. They told us it was completely unfurnished, even with emailing the agents to confirm this they did not respond until 2 day before we moved in and then they still didn't know. They do not give 24 hours notice to visit property for maintenance. Paid my deposit nearly 2 months ago and still awaiting TDS confirmation and reference numbers yet alone receiving a copy of the inventory. Very unreliable and untrustworthy as if moving isn't stressful enough being made to feel like them taking hundreds of our pounds in fees to move into a property is an inconvenience to them is going to be detramenting to the company.
