Excellent Service
We were looking for a small rental house as our daughter and her partners first home. Gareth assured me he would find something modern, within budget close to mum! Within a few days he found us the perfect ‘two up two down’ house and with the added help from Liz the kids have a fantastic home and have already settled in! Can’t thank you all for making the whole process so easy and pain free!! Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent, sell or buy 10/10

Immediately impressed
We were recommended to use Cheshire & Co by a friend who had sold with them previously. We had a few valuations from a few agents but were immediately impressed by the way Mr Cheshire asked about us and our plans for the future and why we were considering moving. Some of the other agents simply told us how big they were and how many houses they had sold last month. The whole team at Cheshire & Co were very helpful from start to finish and provided top service . We will use them again

Outstanding service, Friendly, Professional and Efficient
Extremely pleased with the service provided by Cheshire & Co. All of the staff I had dealings with during the sale of my property were very friendly, professional and incredibly efficient; keeping me up to date with progress every step of the way. Outstanding team and exceptional service.
From the outside, both Gareth and Natalie (as well as others) handled the sale of my house with such professionalism. Great to work with, listed quickly and concluded a sale shortly after. With questions from the buyers and several parties involved, they managed the sale so well. On hand for questions (as a first time seller) - they were fantastic in their approach and in getting things done. I had initially looked at an online only agent - but glad I made the decision to work with an experienced team - saved hours of extra work and expense. Highly recommended, would most definitely work with them again in future. Thank you - from a very happy house seller!

Helpful friendly and polite
This must be one if not the best letting agents around my wife and I rented from them for 3 years they are so helpful and friendly when we had move from the first house they soon organised another place for us and they knew what we were looking for And they found it When we decided to buy unfortunately they did not have a suitable house to buy but they gave us information on the different areas o Cwmbran

Impressive service
I have used many agents over the years to rent properties for me, the service that I have received from start to finish with Cheshire & co has been exceptional from dealing with the girls in the office to Gareth himself, very professional photos and also expert advice when other agents tell you its worth less Cheshire & co go the extra mile in all aspects of the residential lettings and sales to get what you require.

Made choosing a suitable property so easy
From first meeting Natalie, the whole moving experience was made easy. She was very professional and always willing to go the extra mile. Fantastic, best estate agents I've ever been with
I have had 3 wonderful years in a property with Cheshire & Co and I've not 1 bad thing to say about them. Gareth & Liz who I always dealt with are brilliant, if ever i had a problem it would be dealt with the day I called. Such friendly people and would go out of their way to help if needed, i've rented from other estate agents and they don't care about their tenants like Cheshire & co do. On my leaving day Gareth was so friendly and helpful he really does do a great job, he's a funny guy to lol .
