An update nearly two years later this is still the best agent I’ve rented with they are always kinds with my requests responsive and even asked when i prematurely wanted to see if i could renew my tenancy come may 2025 and it’s a yes - great company :) Awesome customer service and kindness from start to finish always very responsive to all my many questions - always receiving an answer in the same day sometimes minutes later - special thanks goes to Oliver and Sarah - best agents I’ve had in the over ten years of renting in the area by far the best above all other previous agents Thank you
