I am sorry to hear that you felt that the claim on your deposit was unjust and obviously whilst not 100% sure which property you were in I think it was one on Canford heath that we took over from another agent whilst you were living there. However, all deposits are protected in one of the governments schemes and every tenancy has an inventory and condition report at the beginning and a check out at the end carried out by independent 3rd party companies. At the end of a tenancy we will always endeavour to be totally fair and manage landlords expectations but ultimately it is the landlords decision on what to claim for. Should you feel this is unfair then there is a robust process of mediation and then using the dispute service provided by the TDS which you used. Once again I am sorry you are unhappy as we always strive to provide a fair and good service and am suprised about your comment regarding Nicky as that seems totally at odds with what we see every day.
