Just want to say a big thank you to the Gail Bond and the team at Martin & Co Poole. As first time buyers with two previous house purchase that fell through we were a bit disillusioned by estate agents and the house buying process but I have to say Gail really went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for us. She was really helpful, kind and approachable, honest and just a super lovely person to deal with during what is a stressful event. Would definitely recommend in the future.
