I rented a flat via Martin and Co for two years. On the rare occasion that I needed to contact them, or pop into the office, every staff member I spoke to was friendly, helpful and polite. They carried out inspections on a 3 monthly basis to ensure the flat was kept to a high standard. I had one issue with the cooker and one issue with the shower during my two year tenancy and both times they quickly arranged the relevant service people to come and fix them. I would recommend Martin and Co and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
