I recently bought buy to let property with Martin and co . And, I had viewing appointment in the month of October. I was very busy that day, as I was working at my other place. Complete mess, but I still made it. As I knocked on the door , very charming lady , Gail Bond answered me.. wowwwww... such a pleasant attitude, very different way of welcoming and so on.... Her first impression of great customer service made my day.. This is the estate agent , I will never forget in my life!!! Just simple , great attitude & Amazing!!!! She is just an asset for the company.
