Renting out a local flat since 2013, we are very happy with the excellent service provided. In particular Maggie, the property manager has proved a friendly and approachable contact. She has given us lots of practical advice and organised any maintenance/repair work promptly and at a reasonable cost. No hesitation in recommending them.

Martin and Co and Maggie have managed my flat for the last 13 years and have always found reliable and good quality, mostly long term, tenants. Any queries, maintenance, regular inspections and certification has always been carried our efficiently and on time. They have a good team of sensibly priced contractors on hand for repairs and general work. Not the cheapest fee-wise but in life you get what you pay for and I am a very satisfied customer.
