I rented a flat via Martin and Co for two years. On the rare occasion that I needed to contact them, or pop into the office, every staff member I spoke to was friendly, helpful and polite. They carried out inspections on a 3 monthly basis to ensure the flat was kept to a high standard. I had one issue with the cooker and one issue with the shower during my two year tenancy and both times they quickly arranged the relevant service people to come and fix them. I would recommend Martin and Co and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We recently used Martin and co to sale our flat, well we sold it the first day! We had Sarah from the branch she was brilliant very friendly and I would highly recommend them �, she presented our flat on a lovely handout, so potential buyers had all the information to read and take home after, as I said we sold on the first day � 4 offers of full asking price �!
