I found the team in not only helpful but also welcoming. Always taking an interest and remembering any plans I had made for example I popped to the shops and they would still remember and ask me how i had got on, giving the whole experience a real personal touch. I felt everyone in the branch worked together and gelled really well as a team. As for the branch Manager Chris, in my experience I have found managers tend to not get involved, however WOW he is a shining example of what a branch manager should be. He takes time to speak to you personally and make sure you are happy process and they have such good connections with all of the near by solicitors if you ever do feel felt out of what is going on (I never did) Lucy is brilliant at finding out this information! Another purchaser tried to gazump my purchase and I was so worried and scared that I would loose out on my dream home but Chris made sure that I got the property as he believed in my interests first rather than the extra money that was offered by the other client. All I can say is I am so happy with the service I received and I am going to miss seeing everyone in the Portishead office. Thank you Goodman and Lilly!
