I spoke to Joseph, he is a really cool guy, and we made arrangements to view a property at a time that suited us both, he was very open about the next steps that I needed to do or with any questions that I could think of. He even advised me against selling my super rare Pokémon card collection, and all I needed to book a room in the house I checked out was one weeks of rent, and that's super affordable to what I was expecting.
