I would’ve given Belvior 4.5 stars but couldn’t do the half. After viewing the flat they didn’t put any pressure on me for a holding deposit which I really liked - if anything it was me wanting to get it sorted! The process of referencing etc was really straightforward and even better, all electronic. There was no supplying of paper copies and documents were all signed electronically too. All through the process they kept me updated and it was completed quickly. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The reason I knocked off 1/2 a star was on the morning of my move they realised there was no gas safety certificate and that delayed my move a little. To their credit, Belvior did sort it really quickly and I think the delay was only an hour or so, but moving is stressful enough without that! I would recommend Belvoir to friends and family - they’re a massive improvement on the estate agent I dealt with previously
