Our not entering the property is not a matter of our lack of confidence or motivation, it is a matter of courtesy and professionalism. Peter Large, out of five agents bizarrely invited to the same property at the same time pipped us to the door. We saw them enter ahead of us and called to check if there had been a mix up with timings to be told that there had not been a mix up and several agents were invited to attend at the same time, which is something we have never come across before. We treat our meetings with confidence and professionalism. We would not walk in on Peter Large giving you their market appraisal, just as we wouldn't expect them to walk in on us providing ours. We value the service a true hard working independent agency like ourselves can provide and as such we turned up on time as requested, prepared and looking forward to our meeting but with no warning or knowledge that many agents had been scheduled simultaneously. We feel a damaging one star review is not deserved and was uncalled for.
