The Normie & Co. team was devastated to receive your review. Naturally we immediately set out to investigate where the team had gone wrong and as importantly, how we can improve. We have searched our email server including, Junk and Deleted Folders, as well as searching Rightmove, Zoopla, and OTM email leads. On top of that we have searched and listened to our telephone call recording facility but unfortunately could not find any trace of you.
