This is the worst agency we have dealt with so far in our search for our new home. Most staff we have spoken with on the phone are very rude. The agents are totally inflexible in arranging viewings saying things such as "the list for a property has been filled up" or "we are not accepting any more viewings on the property until we hear back from the people who have already seen it" or even "you cannot arrange viewing on another property until you see the one you have already booked" !! I can accept an agency's policies but this is something we haven't seen in any other agency in Manchester. To make things worse, the agency does not have any system in place to confirm viewings (e.g. texts or emails) so in a couple of times we had viewings with them we were uncertain as to whether anyone would be at the property. The agent we met in one of the properties we viewed was totally indifferent, checking her watch all the time and was totally unwilling to answer any questions. She didn't even bother to show the house to us- we were just left alone to check the bedrooms upstairs. But the last incident that confirmed how inefficient this agency is was when they cancelled a viewing we had arranged a week in advance just the day before, claiming that they haven't had any confirmation from us!! However, they had already talked to my wife about this viewing when she called them a day earlier to ask about another property we were interested in! When we explained this to them they refused to place us back in to the viewing list for the property and they didn't even bother to apologise for their mistake. This agency has serious managerial issues, very inefficient staff with no real interest in what they are doing and a totally incompetent system for arranging viewings and appointments. I cannot really find any reason why anyone would choose to advertise and sell their house with them.
