I was a first time buyer and the staff at Gilmores were very helpful, friendly and explained everything in detail. I rang to arrange a viewing and explained the long shifts I do at work, Tracey fitted in a viewing that afternoon. Tracey and the staff kept me up to date with the process of the sale.
