I have been a landlord for many years, and have worked with various property management companies, but I found Gilmore Estates to be outstanding from the very first moment. All of their staff are professional and knowledgeable, and they take care of my properties like they are their own. They are highly skilled at negotiation which is one of the hardest parts as a landlord, and managed to get me top dollar on my last rental. My rentals are going well also because Lindsey is so great at managing them. I highly recommend this real estate agency
