Firstly I must say that we invited Gilmores to be the first of a number of agents to value our home. We wanted to choose the agent who best represented value for money as well as professionalism and efficiency. We were so impressed with what we heard, we went ahead immediately and cancelled the other agents! The care taken to photograph/video helped to reassure that we’d made the correct decision. The back up from the office further impressed. The house went up for sale and the first of several viewers offered the asking price +. Sold within 24 hours! Not sure I can give a better recommend.
