I was fortunate enough to deal with Deborah Cundill (Debbie) when making an offer on our newly found house in Pudsey, West Yorkshire. She is a very efficient agent, being very positive, friendly and helpful - she has kept to all of her promises in handling our offer, and even took the time to ring me back late on Saturday afternoon after having liaised with the vendor who lives in Australia (fair dinkum!). She is a credit to her company. I would also like to recommend her colleague, Jessica Downs, who showed us round the property before we made our offer - she is a very positive and helpful person who allowed us ample time to view the property without making us feel rushed or under pressure.
