We worked with Charlotte and it’s been an amazing experience. Charlotte was there when we looked around our dream home. We needed to sell ours and we weren’t getting many viewing so we agreed to move our sale over to her too. Charlotte not only sold our house promptly and helped us negotiate our purchase but she also kept us up to date through the entire process. At times I was getting updated from Charlotte before our solicitor even had chance to update us. I felt very looked after and knew I could discuss anything I needed with Charlotte.
