Charlotte was very friendly and fast, getting back to us quick as while we were putting in our offer on our future house. We had some technical difficulties with our bank, and Charlotte was very understanding and reassured us that this wouldn't cause the whole deal to fall through. The whole process was so much smoother than we'd anticipated and Charlotte played a big role in that.
