When I viewed the property it was refreshing to see they had lots of information to hand and were able to answer so many of my questions there and then, which didn't seem to be the norm when I viewed properties with other agents. Amy Marshall was so warm and friendly and provided regular updates through the offer stage and was quick to give advice on the stages of the purchase journey and to intro me to a solicitor. Overall a really positive experience so far!
