We have just exchanged contacts on our house and Manning Stainton - in particular Kyle Guy from the Horsforth office - has been excellent in pushing the process through. From the moment of sale, Kyle coordinated everything and went above and beyond to chase people up and get things moving as quickly as possible. My son saw a house he liked on Rightmove, so because of his work commitments, I agreed to help him sort it. It is 40years since his dad and I bought our house!
