I have recently sold a property in Pudsey. I found Claire Ward to be very professional and always very helpful. As a seller and buyer I had lots of questions and so did my wife. Victoria has been very helpful throughout the process so far. Given that I do not currently live in the area, she was able to show the property twice in the same day as I was very interested after the first viewing. The information has been exchanged in a timely manner too.

Our move wasn't straight forward at all but Claire made sure she chased the relevant people up and made sure the right people pulled their fingers out to make sure we completed on time. She was always on the other end of the phone when we needed her and ultra helpful. Need more people like Claire around and she's a credit to Manning Stainton. Would also like to say, we dealt with Jenna 6 months earlier (yes it took a long time for us to move and sell our house!) and she was equally as outstanding and helpful. All the staff there seem to be so friendly and on the ball.

Great service when purchasing a new home. Claire kept us up to date throughout meaning we never had to chase around for progress updates. And Charlie was on hand to help get our offer accepted over the weekend.
