I cannot thank Lesley (Pudsey office) enough for the exceptional service she gave to me when selling my house. It wasn’t so straight forward as I was no longer living in the house and Myself and the other involved party didn’t always agree. Lesley kept me up to date with any movements with the house and offered advice on how we could sell our property. She was honest and friendly and always returned my calls promptly. Lesley really is a credit to Manning Stainton and should I find myself buying or selling a property in the future then I wouldn’t hesitate in using Manning Stainton due to the excellent customer service I was received.

Although the sale of the property did take a long time (7 months), this was due to the first potential buyer being a time waster and the second buyer choosing a solicitor who provided an appalling service. Despite this, Manning Stainton (Pudsey Branch) provided a very professional service throughout and I was also very happy with my solicitor who I was introduced to via Manning Stainton. Victoria (Vicky) was everything you could ask for from an Estate Agent. She was extremely polite & proactive, giving us regular updates which meant we weren’t kept in the dark with the progress. She was also very responsive to any questions we had. She acted as a constant line of communication between myself, the buyer and both sets of solicitors which is key in such a transaction.
