Rude and unhelpful staff. Branch manager seemed the only person with any customer service skills!

Took half day off work to accommodate a rental valuation which was arranged over the phone - they didn't turn up. After phoning them up I was told to hold on while they got back to me then just hung up and never called back.

Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with! Con you for every penny!

Me and my partner are beginning a process of buying a house. We had seen a house that we loved and put an offer in, apparently that wasnt a right offer as I was greeted with the rudest woman basically telling me where to go. She also shouted "have you seen the market at the moment, not a chance." Her attitude was absolutely vile and they will never be used again! She pretty much kept going and reduced me to tears. The worst experience I've ever had when aiming to buy a house. The agent was unprofessional, rude and unnecessarily made the experience a lot more stressful than what it needed to be. Buying a house is emotional and stressful enough, let alone with the estate agents stringing two buyers along without either of them knowing. This has now made me want to stay clear of any properties listed with manning stainton and I will also never list a property with them. I'd like to pay an estate agents who treat buyers and vendors fairly. What comes around, really does go around.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Enquired about 2 lettings and on both occasions was informed that I would be contacted. As you can Imagine no call whatsoever. Is it to much to ask?

Manning Stainton Pudsey advertised a property for sale with a large garden which was not actually owned by the vendors. Resulted in the loss of hundreds of pounds on our end through survey cost and legal fees. Throughout the entire experience they were unresponsive with calls and emails going un-returned and unacknowledged. Having read through the Google reviews perhaps our experience would have been slightly better with Debbie or Victoria, but I see no positive comments about our agent Claire Ward who ignored three separate emails with questions for the vendors and many calls. The service was abysmal at best. She never even bothered to find out if we were going to progress with the purchase after the ownership debacle. If you can avoid buying through this branch I would strongly recommend it. But equally if you fancy trying to sell a property that you don't have the title deed for - give them a go!
