Paul Mulligan - great estate agent!

Today the SOLD sign has appeared outside my flat! Paul has been transparent and incredibly quick to keep me updated and respond to emails/ messages throughout the sales process so far. It's almost as though he's hand-selected the perfect couple to purchase our flat.. As we're purchasing a new-build property that's nearly ready, time is of the essence and I know that Paul and his team have worked incredibly hard to ensure buyers were found quickly- we were under offer in less than 24 hours! The advice Paul has given us regarding solicitors has also been invaluable, ensuring that (fingers crossed!) the sale of our property will go through quickly. Thanks Paul - you're a legend!
