Excellent service

Paul Mulligan at Move's Croydon office has been absolutely superb once again. We used the firm on a 2nd occasion having experienced the high levels of service when selling my wife's father's house and were certainly not disappointed. Paul, and his team, go out if their way to be helpful but most of all keep us informed. So often one hears about being caught in an information vacuum but that is the polar opposite of Paul's approach. I live the fact that he is available almost 18 hours a day via WhatsApp and always responded within a very short timescale. It was also extremely handy that he happens to live just a mile or so away from me down in Surrey so it was easy to exchange items such as important papers or keys without my having to take a 2 hour round trip to his office. Excellent service and very friendly. Can't recommend highly enough. Peter H.
