Ryan and Dan were extremely helpful throughout the process. They were particularly understanding as there were multiple delays. I appreciate this was frustrating for them as well as myself and the seller. I’m aware I was a pain needing access to the property for quotes I needed for work on the flat. Dan and Ryan were really accommodating on this in particular and generally are rounded nice guys. I’ve met a lot of estate agents in my time that fit the negative stereotype of a sleazy wheeler dealer estate agent, but Dan and Ryan certainly didn’t fit that mould!
