Where to begin! If your looking to rent out or sell your property you will be fine but if you want to rent forget it I waited over 7 months for my toilet to be fixed it still wasn't done by the time I left the property leaving me with a 175 pound water bill because the toilet was constantly running and other repairs where not dealt with either no gas safety certificate at all in the 2 years I was there my agent is totally non responsive im trying to get my deposit back she asked me for my bank details twice I gave them to her twice ive sent 3 emails since to find out what's going on but still no communication at all so no i would not recommend for tenants!!
