Just a note to acknowledge that the customer care that has been invested by Gemma in assisting my wife and I in our property search has been truly thoughtful and refreshing. Though she wasn't able to find us that property, the time, effort, sending numerous properties including calls to see how we were getting on in our search, knowing that there were other estate agents that we have been in contact with, was very humbling.
