Organised potential renters for my home, I specifically requested no pets, so when they did find someone suitable I was happy. This is until I found out Emily had withheld the fact the tenant had 3 dogs after contracts had been signed ('no pets' removed from contract to tenant). Wasn't happy to say the least, terrible service, it's true what they say about estate agents afterall!NegativeProfessionalism
