Rented a flat with this agency since March 2021 on moving in there were repairs to be carried out at the flat and to date no reported repairs addressed and property manager never answers calls or emails only at his convenience. My landlord refuses to carry out repairs at the property. I currently have waterlogged bedroom floor, mouldy blinds, a wardrobe door fell on my head, a faucet falling off in the bathroom and to date no repairs. I pay £1250 RENT!!!!!!
