Hideous company! I wouldn't bother viewing houses with them unless you plan to get your mortgage with them as well. Your offer could be the highest offer but might not be accepted if someone with a lower offer is getting their mortgage through them....I get the feeling any offers you put forward wont be passed to the seller unless you have a meeting with their financial adviser. They obviously push to sell their houses along with other services to make the most they can, putting themsleves before the seller & buyer.
