As a FTB - I want to thank the entire team once again for making the start of this process so smooth and positive for us. A special thanks to Donna for her assistance during the initial stages and to Isabelle for her support on the day of our viewing. From the initial booking to the 'offer accepted' stage, we are genuinely grateful for the kind, warm and professional service we've received so far. Having spoken to a few estate agents (booking viewings) who do not have the best customer service, I can most definitely appreciate a good service when experiencing one. For a process that’s already so exciting, it acts as the cherry on top.
