Buying your first house can be a bit overwhelming, and the interaction with the agency can make or break the experience! We were so lucky to have Julie, who was open, helpful and knowledgeable! She added warmth to the process and answered our many, many questions. It was obvious how much she cared about finding the right buyers, as she'd been involved in the sale of the same property many moons ago. She was great at keeping us updated during the process, managing our expectations, and was fantastic at directing us for the next steps, once our offer was accepted. Overall, our interactions with Thomas Morris have made the process smooth, we've been kept in the loop and didn't find it stressful. Would highly recommend!
