Julie and Alex were helpful at all stages of the process and returned enquiries quickly. It was sometimes quite hard to get hold of them, but once I did they answered questions promptly.

So contact the agent to see two properties was told couldnt do that day. I was gave another date . Agent never come back to me. Agent was rude (male). As agent goes if they can't organise a viewing god help you to get the property sale through. In contrast Sharman estate agent been excellent 👌👍 Also Huntington and Chatteries branches were a lot friendlier

Trying to sell our house has been a nightmare and when providing feedback they refused to listen.

Uhm where to start . I think start at there conveyancers. I think probably the flat I bought wasn’t expensive enough for them to really be bothered with. After approx 14 months of waiting to complete I said I wanted to complain officially and funny enough everything got sorted In about a week lol. I’m selling this flat on now and the reason I’m writing this review is that I would not touch them. Very nice to your face but v slow if your property is a flat or something Obvs not enough commission. Would not recommend I’m in business and I treat all of my customers the same whether they have a brand new Yamaha grand piano or an old Victorian upright which is worth nothing. Just be warned ,

My husband and I were very keen to view a bungalow on Ashbeach Drove to purchase. Called 3x on the same day as was promised a call back for a viewing.This was 7th Nov. To this day we had no form of contact from you. We have our property to sell to relocate so we are not time wasters. I hope your vendor knows what a bad service you provide.
