Joe and his team have been absolutely superb whilst acting for us with our sale. There are times we thought the sale was never going to happen but the team at Ramsey (Joe and Sean in particular) all persevered and got our property sold. They have all been exemplary professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area looking to sell, rent or buy. To be fair, 5 stars just isn't enough!

At the beginning of the year we began looking at houses for sale with Thomas Morris. All was going well but we didn’t even know our budget, so they suggested their on site mortgage advisor Sarah. And how lucky were we! She was brilliant from the start. We had to take our 2 children with us to our first appointment and she could not have been more accommodating or understanding. Even going as far as downloading a game on her phone for my son when mine had died. It makes a nice change for children to feel welcome in these sorts of stressful ‘grown up’ environments. First appointment went great and she was so helpful and told us exactly what to expect and what to do next. This was great as we really didn’t have a clue! She worked to timescales brilliantly and found us the perfect offer very promptly. In fact we were shocked how quick it all progressed. Then unfortunately lock down began, again Sarah was very helpful and kept in contact when necessary. Once all had completed and we had moved in, Sarah once again said congratulations and checked in on us. Can’t fault her at all and we will be using her again when we re-mortgage we wouldn’t go else where. Thomas Morris were also brilliant and we had a fantastic service whenever we dealt with them.

Thomas Morris went above and beyond! My property was marketed professionally and I was looked after personally. If like me, you don’t move house very often, the whole process can be quite daunting, but Joe was on hand every step of the way to answer my questions. He went the extra mile to ensure my sale went through in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the conveyancing service too.

The team at Thomas Morris are truly brilliant. We bought our property from them and also sold through them- It's been a fantastic journey with them, from the initial valuation, honest feedback, support and humour along the way they very much become part of the family whilst we've moved our little family. Joe is a fantastic branch manager who knows the area really well and can provide a heap of local recommendations to those new to the area. He has been there to answer any questions along the way and always with a smile. Julie doesn't let anything go- if you want a sale she'll get it! She was brilliant at chasing feedback for us and following up on any possible leads -She has been a fantastic communicator and even called to congratulate us on the exchange. There's no Julie like this Julie. Sean- well, he's a hit with our cats (and us) that's for sure! Sean showed our home a few times and he's one of the friendliest people I think we've ever met. One of our indoor cats got out during a viewing and Sean ran across our damp lawn to return our cat - we were both in giggles after. - thanks again Sean !! When Covid is over we will give you new socks and a laser pointer for future cat homes! :D Promise! I met Julie on a viewing from the moment I met her I knew I liked her and felt I could trust her. Buying my new home and making a decision was hard enough but in these difficult times we find ourselves living in I was even more weary. Straight away Julie put me at ease and answered all my questions about the property and the area. I would like to say unfortunately the house that I saw was not for me however would like to thank Julie and the Team for being professional and above a lot of the other agents I dealt with.

From my very first phone call with Alex from Ramsey Thomas Morris I felt at ease. After previously speaking to other estate agents that just didnt feel 'right' it was nice to have the gut feeling that using Thomas Morris was. Throughout the whole process everyone was so friendly and profesional. Joe was brilliant when he came to value our house and take photos- we had our first viewing that day and were so lucky to have an offer before our house was even on right move.
