I have had the pleasure of being a Haslams customer for two years now. I have had nothing but the highest quality of service with their team going above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need. I have moved into a new build and although there was a build defect (it happens with new builds) my contact, Claire Seymour, was able to expertly manage the process of resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Claire coordinated the fix and kept me informed at all points in the process and when a follow-up visit was necessary I was able to relax knowing that she was making sure I had everything I needed at the time it was needed. I've found my communication with Haslams to be responded to promptly and Claire has become more like a colleague, it feels very much like a solid working partnership, rather than the usual agent/tenant dynamic. I can't recommend Haslams enough, and if you're lucky enough to have Claire working with you, then I think you'll have a similarly enjoyable experience to my own. 5/5 - Would recommend.
