I have never had any experience like what Haslams Estates provides for tenants (renting for 10+ years)--They are somewhat of trend-setters in this area. As my tenancy agreement reached the end of the contract for this year, I was contacted with plenty of time in advance for options of renewal. While direct to know my intentions, Nicola Grant made feel like agreeing to another term was in mutual benefit to everyone, which it is, but rarely is it acknowledged or put so kindly into words. That is why I feel like with Haslams Estates, you're as much as a client as Landlords are, and their agents are always one step in front to make sure all parties are well informed and in control, and genuinely stress-free.
