I will be honest, and this could be due to my recent experience with other agents around Reading but i was not expecting a service that made me question that there is still professional services out that take care of people and look after them how it should be done. Katie Wild from the first day we spoke was absolutely amazing from her mannerism to her professionalism. I would have given higher star ratings if it were possible. So far through out our dealings with her she has been very knowledgeable, proactive, welcoming, understanding, professional, informative and most of all true to her word. She has made the whole experience of finding a property, helping ensure we are happy with the property and also the whole process of acquiring the property a walk in the park for us. We honestly can not thank her enough and really look forward to keeping in contact with such a trustworthy person in the future.
