Currently I live in a flat which I rent through Haslams agency, and recently I had a broken boiler that couldn’t be fixed for 3 weeks. During this time Simona Baldini-Beck, our property manager, was always available to help and really pushed for us to be compensated fairly. If it wasn’t for her the situation would’ve been a lot worse. Beyond this incident she is always quick to respond when we raise a report on maintenance and I know she is doing her best for our stay in the property to be as stress free as possible.
