I was a tenant at one of the flats managed by Haslams for the past two and half years, and I have mostly great experience dealing with them. Naturally, during Covid the response times for problem resolution has increased, but this is mostly due to the fact that engineers aren't as readily available. My manager, Sharon, was really kind, prompt, hard-working and went above and beyond to help us, for example liaising with the building heating management to bring our costs down. So I would therefore recommend them, but at the same time advise them to try to resolve the long lead times for any non-urgent problem resolution.
