The follow up process was excellent as well with Keira, Holly and Katie dealing excellently with everything in a short time, which was essential and critical to our move in, so cannot appreciate that enough. They even helped out when we had issues with Goodlord’s referencing and the communication was brilliant. Highly recommend the agency after our own experience with them.
