I’ve been looking for new home for sometime and finally found one which Haslam was dealing. Compare the other agencies they were excellent. Especially Amy Bentley was great. I would like to make particular mention of Michael Danelian - Michael was excellent throughout the process of my husband and I securing accommodation as first time renters in the UK. Michael was super responsive when it came to our queries, negotiated on our behalf with the landlord regarding our requests for the property which in turn were honoured, and he also ensured that we received all documentation needed to initiate and finalise the rental process. I've had dealings with a few estate agents but Haslams is in a class of its own when managing lettings for a landlord. What is crucially important is that each property gets a dedicated manager, so, as a landlord, I know exactly who's dealing with arising issues. Coupled with that, Haslams houses all its staff under one roof. This means that the person managing my property for me has instant access to all the maintenance, legal, financial and general advice needed when an issue arises. The result is informed, clear and timely communication - the key to efficient property management. Plus when I come to sell a property on, with Haslams expertise, I'll be in good hands for that transition too.

Haslams have managed our apartments since 2016. They have been able to quickly & seamlessly fill any tenant vacancies that have come up, providing a continued continuity of income for us.
