The support I receive from the property management team is excellent and special thanks to Bushra who has supported me with the transition to a new tenant and resolving outstanding items noted in the checkout report. Haslams estate agents are amazing at what they do. Had the best experience and they made sure to always respond straight away at any question I had. Recently completed a house purchase through Haslams and would like to thank the whole team. From the start of the journey Rob was very good at getting me all the information and answers to my questions. I was ready to move quick and the two chris' were probably the most ideal chaps for that, clear, concise and straight to the point. Got a deal agreed within a day or two and then Fenella was brilliant seeing the sale over the line, constantly keeping the communication going and speaking straight to my solicitor and broker rather than involving me in every little thing which was what I wanted.

I have had the pleasure of being a Haslams customer for two years now. I have had nothing but the highest quality of service with their team going above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need. I have moved into a new build and although there was a build defect (it happens with new builds) my contact, Claire Seymour, was able to expertly manage the process of resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Claire coordinated the fix and kept me informed at all points in the process and when a follow-up visit was necessary I was able to relax knowing that she was making sure I had everything I needed at the time it was needed. I've found my communication with Haslams to be responded to promptly and Claire has become more like a colleague, it feels very much like a solid working partnership, rather than the usual agent/tenant dynamic. I can't recommend Haslams enough, and if you're lucky enough to have Claire working with you, then I think you'll have a similarly enjoyable experience to my own. 5/5 - Would recommend.
